This question of the syllabus has the following sub-headings (everything below is taken straight from the syllabus):

> Circulation
- Components of blood
- Struture and function of heart, arteries, veins, capillaries
- Pulmonary circulation
- Resting heart rates
- Effect of exercise on the heart
- Blood pressure

> Respiration
- Structure and function of the respiratory system

> Lung Function
- Inspiration, expiration
- Exchange of gases
- Immediate effect of exercise on respiration

A general answer may therefore be something along the lines of:

The cardiorespiratory system responds to movement through the circulation of blood, respiration and lung function.

Then it would be sufficient to cover each sub-heading in a few paragraphs each one (so respiration would have less content then circulation (as there are alot less dot-points).

Hope that helps.

What textbook do you use by the way?
