I think sometimes fat chicks wear things that look bad on them to look fashionable. So technically, it doesn't mean they have bad fashion sense...just wrong ones.

Yeah, but I kinda meant it like, they buy fashionable stuff you see on size 6 maniquins believing it would look good on anyone, therefore would look good on them.

Well, unless they think flab rolling out of super tight short skirts looks hot, then yes, yes they can be. I personally don't understand why people would buy stuff that doesn't suit them.

Hell no. I just saw a chick at my while going home today who is pretty much the epitome of bad BAD fashion sense/delusional being. She was overweight (not being mean, but I think she was just mainly baby-fat since she looked pretty young), wearing hideous tight, low jeans which kinda emphasised her tummy. A also very very short and tight jacket over a sad-looking halter top. It was just not a good look.
