I dont know if anyone would know but fingers crossed someone on here is doing / is applying for this course

I sent my forms to the uni so they got there for the cut of date- and incldued my refeers reports - do we get some form of acknowledgement that they were recived?

yeah if anyone does this course - what do u think of it? The workload? It sounds really really good from what i've heard

The HD av required seems rather scary.

It's not a degree studying philosophy (well it is, but then not philosophy).
Just a beefed up arts degree :)

yeah its a hard course to describe - you get your honours in 4 years rather then 5 - and its a research based program so from what i understand you do major essays each year (or semister?) and they are you formal assessment. You get one on one lessons with a mentor and so forth

as estel said yeah its basically a beefed up version of an arts degree just a little harder

Yeah my first preference is the pHb (science), Cu of rate is gonna kill me though, butr if say by miracle chance i get in, then i might be spending half my time at a Singapore university.

are they calling people now to say if u r in or not??

i emailed the one incharge of the PhB for arts and they were having preliminary meetings last week - it was like the tuesday they started or something...

so i'm anxiously waiting for the results now...
