I did physics in HSC two years ago, but havent really touched the subject since. Im good with maths however.
Ive missed the bridging course, will I be at a disadvantage if I take PHYS1121?

You wouldn't really be at a disadvantage

For PHYS11X1, doing preliminary HSC Physics would definitely help. Doing some of HSC Physics (just the space topic) would help too.

But yeah the most important part is having good maths knowledge. Then I would consider doing preliminary Physics helpful, but HSC Physics not really that much.

HSC Physics is very, very helpful however for PHYS12X1.

I did 4u maths so I can only hope I dont struggle with PHYS1121

No, everything is taught from scratch, but I would rather learn 4U stuff, in comparison to HSC Phys - which is practically useless.
