Hows your UAI looking? If you are going to say get low-mid 90's or something you could do a sports science/exercise science degree, absolutely rip that to shreds and then transfer to physio after a year or so.

If not, other back doors would be some sort of sports/exercise science degree...and then doing physio postgrad...this will most likely set you back I think about two or three years than if you would do the undergrad degree...but dont let that stop you if youre set on doing it...You might also want to look into becoming an exercise scientist/physiologist...its similar to being a physio (kinda) and there will be more of those kinds of job in demand because of the aging population

To specialise in sports physio you would have to complete a masters degree after you finish your physio degree. Not to deter you, but im assuming youre a keen sports person who has had much exposure to physios correct me if im wrong so I think you should know this. just so you know its hard to be able to land a job with a sports team or something unless you know the right people or are exceptionally brilliant. I did work experience with a physio and the physios there were all interested in sports physio but ended up working with more older people than athletes as such....
