I'm talking about..people who are serious about relationships, not people looking for one-night stands.

Go somewhere that interests you, if you like the library sure go there. But don't just go there because of the cliche that you will find a buy reading a book that is going to glance up see you, you two fall in love and live happily ever after because chances are that is not going to happen. The number 1 thing when attracting the opposite sex is being approachable, have a smile on your face, look happy. Regardless of where you are, if you look happy, inviting and welcoming, the opposite sex will find you.

As for the internet...I tried to put up profiles online but deleted them shortly...
too many guys who are "not looking for anything serious"..
and I find it hard to really open up and be my true self online, because I don't know if the people on online dating sites can be trusted..
