personally, i've never really thought about it until this thread, but such aspiring things come to mind:

1. opthamologist
2. lawyer
3. be an ambassador for the UN
You'd never even thought about it before and you're doing the HSC?

Making it into adulthood is good enough for me. :D

A Doctor( either emergency medicine or a GP)
Joining the RAAF as a Medic in the Reserves after i turn 18, probably going to do the defence force undergrad medical scheme and enter politics.

No, years sponsered in uni + one additional year, the return of service will probably be around 6 years depending on which uni i go to. The good thing is i will be paid up to $30,100 study :) have text books paid, subsidised housing cost, free health & dental cover.

The Navy, Army and Air Force offer Undergraduate sponsorships that allow you to study at the University of your choice throughout Australia. As an ADF Undergraduate, you will receive enormous benefits that are hard to find in civilian life. For instance, instead of having to work part-time to support yourself at university, we will actually pay you up to $30,100 p.a. to study for your degree, then guarantee you a career in the ADF upon graduation. Plus we will pay your tuition and remaining HECS fees, your prescribed textbooks, as well as your student union and library fees.

Other benefits include free medical and dental care as well as subsidised meals and accommodation. Even better, you can study at the uni of your choice in fields including Health & Medicine, Engineering, Law, Business, Arts, and Science.

Most importantly, upon graduation you are guaranteed a professional career in the Navy, Army or Air Force.

i highly doubt that

and if they do release you, within a couple of months, you'll be listed as "missing", and in turn will be shot by a SAS sniper.
I've already talked to defence force recruiting a few times about the medical scheme.

What do u have against the defence force?

Oh. My. God. You're recruiting people from BOS to join the army/navy/fighting-people-with-BLOWING-UP-STUFF. Is that safe???

In regards to everyone else's dreams: why can't people just be happy smoking pot and wearing flowery bell-bottoms anymore???
