Platform Web problems (1 Viewer)

today is my first day of tutorial registration, i checked the uws platform web yesterday and it was down all day...now you can log in but you can't see the home page to click onto tutorial registration, instead this message comes up:

Closed for Maintenance
myuwsaccount
Sorry. This site is closed

Try again later


What happens if platform web is not open at 12:30 when it is time for tutorial registration? do i just email the unit co ordinator the time i want? or just keep trying to get into platform web?

I'd suggest to call UWS to find out when it will be available, because opening times are just when they open, we can still register for tutorials after that time... I'd call them but I have no voice right now
