i want to know that, if i pass the umat test but didnt reach the uai for medicine. can i still move on to uni and study medicine?

you need to pass umat, interview, and get the req UAI.

For undgrad medicine, probably not as non-standard places are in short supply, consider doing graduate medicine.

No, the UMAT is the Undergrad Medical admissions test, this is an additional exam that almost all prospetive med students must sit.
