Hello!

I'm really urgent!

How do i write an executive summary for those questions that are usually the first extended response?

for example, the quesiton could be:

Write a report to the board of directors that analyses the impact of management decisions on stakeholders. propose and justify strategies required to effectively improve cash flow, profitability and staff morale.

I'm ok with the beefy part. just how do i start it off?

Grateful in advance !

its just an intro mate.. abt 1/2 a page.. but by those bookelt standards..it would be abt a page and a bit... but dont spend too much time on it.. just state the content and conclude the exective summary with a sentence that links to the question..... this adds a cirular effect ie: u are answering da quesiton instead of blabering on

Yeah, my teacher said to leave a space and come back to it, just do an intro like truly in bliss said, and then possibly come back at the end and summarise what you just wrote.

Just remember its not an index...

its a list of key points and findings that are found in the report.

basically so the marker (or in practise a manager) can read through the summary and go "oh that bit looks interesting lets have a further read into that"
