basically, ur response should set out like this (but not strictly of course)

define globalisation
feature of the global economy
process of globalisation - ie. trade, investment, labour, tech. etc and their impacts (put in a few theories and fact and figures if u can)

introduce your country - its history of globalisation briefly
impacts - put in figures before and after globalisation for eco growth etc
polciies the country used to intro or limit globalisation
conclude

"discuss the impact of globalisation on economic growth, economic development and teh quality of live in a country other than autralia"

Firstly, you need to look at what globalisation actually means. The three major changes that you need to look at are:

1 - Trade Flows
2 - Financial Flows
3 - Investment Flows

I would centre any discussion around these three aspects of globalisation as they are usually the strongest. You may also wish to talk about other things like labour flows as well, but these are less significant.

Secondly you need to talk about what policy changes has that government made. Most of the best case studies have involved the government opening up markets, and trade etc.

Because you are asked to talk about economic growth, economic development, and the quality of life - it would be advisable to discuss the differences. They are all similar, however one is slightly different to the other. This will create further discussions on things like the environment, distribution of income and wealth, consequences of growth, etc etc.

Then finally, it would be advisable to summarise the aggregate affects on that economy. So say whether it was good or bad, and why.
