Basically, I'm desperate. There is all this work, somehow I managed to no do it, and now it is due this friday. I mean, I honestly don't know how I didn't do it, but thats not the point. The point is, I NEED HELP.

I have several things I must do, so please help me in anyway you can.

Firstly, I have assignment due on friday about media articles relating to legislation and then I have to pick some legislation and study it in depth.

Secondly I have to hand in notes about a large number of topics:
crockery
food plating and presentation
food service
garnish
hygiene
menu
menu item
portion control
sauce
service temperature
standard recipes
teamwork

and thirdly, I have to complete an assignment on the crowne plaza hotel in newcastle, though I doubt you guys can help me much there

but any help would be so very greatly appreciated.

So please, help in anyway you can

ok so a legislation; u can search in online, look for laws or acts put in place by the government related to the hospo industry. and ELABORATE. how it affects the Hospo Industry, why it was put in place, etc.

note: keep a diary, i never did. but its friggn helpful, esp. for assignments that slip your mind.
