For some reason in my 3000 posts here I've never made a poll threadState ranks 4U, can't make a poll about how easy the 4U exam was.
Thanks!use thread tools
you should have made it a public pollJust noticed options 5 and 6 are the same on account of a typo
Ah well people know what it means
Also who was the one who was neither 2014/2013 yet thought 2014 was harder? (Carrot?)
The algebra I used for conics was pretty neat, it wasn't too much of a trek as what I anticipated it to be.Those three conics questions in a row (the ugly ones) made me want to kill myself. Was it just me or was the algebra among some of the dirtiest there's ever been?
Looking back Q16 wasn't too bad. I was never gonna get that second part of the circle geo but oh well. The mechanics/conical pendulum type question was fairly tricky too. I think last years last q was harder but overall this year was a tougher paper.
It wasn't too bad I don't think, it's been a lot worse before. The question that rally irked me was the conical pendulum one, I felt that it was just ugly. Those three conics questions in a row (the ugly ones) made me want to kill myself. Was it just me or was the algebra among some of the dirtiest there's ever been?

I felt that this year was harder, but it could be because I was under a lot of pressure to finish it in time to teach later on.Yesshh q16 last year was imo a lot easier compared to this year. (and because of that i voted this year as harder). But that might be because I'm weak at inequalities and harder integration whereas I have strength in conics/mechanics. Last year's 16a was not bad too. (I got all of it)
