What techniques have the composers used to express their view of 'Journeying' - set txt, 1 bos booklet piece, 2 pieces of supp txts.

The Inner Journey of finding one's 'place' can be confusing, subject to diversion and dependant on other perspectives and voices. How true is this of Sally's initial stages of journeying and one piece of supp. txt and one text from the BOS booklet?

The process is more important than the destination - Discuss with reference to .. etc.

What is your understanding of the Journey, with reference to.. etc.

Heres what was in our half yearlies today:

What do ideas about journies do these texts express?
How do these texts express these ideas about journey?
Which of these texts communicates the ideas of journey most clearly for you?
Compose two diary entries.
Discuss the statement "we are not in control of our journeys" using your prescribed text and other texts and whatnot.

Using your prescribed text, two texts from the stimulus booklet, and one text of you own choosing
1/ "Imagination has the ability to challenge our thinking and broaden our understanding of the world"
2/"Composers use devices of language to atke responders on imaginative journeys"
3/ "Texts which incorporate the imaginative journey usually end with an altered state of mind for the characters involved".
