I've asked this before but right now my ATAR estimate is sitting around the 95 mark. I was wondering if it's possible to get at least 97.

School rank: top 5

Ranks were:
Eng Adv: 150/200
Maths 3U: 61/170
Maths 4U: 65/120
Physics: 77/110
Biology: 23/32

How well must I do in externals to achieve this? Thanks in advance.

For a 97 you'd want to have a band 6 for 8 of your units at least, so you need to be aiming for 90+ in most of your exams (scaled).

So would you say it's realistic or would it only be for the top 10 worthy? 90+ in most seems like such an impossible task.

that's 90+ scaled, which will probably be mid-80s for most of your subjects.
