Is it possible to get ~91-92 atar with these rankings/estimated HSC bands?

Cos your estimates are too broad. The difference between a 91 and a 94 in advanced english on your atar may do wonders.

But yes, 91 is possible.

The size of your cohort for each subject is also needed, for instance being 3/150 is not the same as being 3/7 etc, it could make a big difference.
