As far as I know, it should be the same [or similar] to the pracs you do in class. So go through the syllabus, look at all the pracs and make sure you know how to do them, what's going on and how to use the equipment.
That's all I can think of, but I only did chem [and a tiny bit of bio], not sure about phys. Good luck =\
