okay my working theory for russia/soviet union based on what they've done since 2019 is this:

1. Stalin's totalitarianism/total control (probably to what extent because that's just the structure for those)

2. Economic/political/social transformation OR just political transformation

i feel as if we will get nelson mandela and the end of apartheid and the transition to democracy just my personal guesses though (looking through past papers)

yeah i think the long response will be like: 'to what extent did (some factor- maybe political factors?) lead to the end of apartheid'

so based on past papers i don't think there'll be one on international responses (they did that last year, had neighbours the year before, and international was also in 2022 and 2021 so i think they'll lay off), and i think it's likely there'll be one on the impacts of the ANC and PAC. but tbh the short answers are the hardest to predict
