The prac is on the topic electrical energy .

They ask you to:

Perform a first hand investigation to gather data and use the available evidence to determine the resistance of two resistors

what were are able to use: ammeter, voltmeter, variable resistor, wires, Power supply and resistors.

Im not sure how to set it up. like if we change the values on the variable resistor to say MAX RESISTance what will happen to the other resistor and others.

dont get it at all =(
