Can someone tell me whether the prerequisties are the scaled scores or raw scores.

Raw is what is looked for as that actually gives what top % of the state you are in.

Raw study scores are normally distributed with μ=30 and σ=7.

i.e. a study score of:

0 → 100% of the state did better than you
10 → 99.8% of the state did better than you
20 → 92.3% of the state did better than you
25 (Minimum study score universities will look at for pre-requisites) → 76% of the state did better than you
30 → 50.0% of the state did better than you
35 → 23.7% of the state did better than you
40 → 7.66% of the state did better than you
45 → 1.61% of the state did better than you
50 → 0.21% of the state did better than you
