Lol, for my guy previously i've got a pen, a photo frame and a keyring (on separate occasions) engraved with various lovey dovey things
For our one year i got concert tickets for the two of us too.
Books are good if he's a reader.
Otherwise you can always go for the typical boxers, shirts, alcohol, condoms.
That stuff isnt my guys thing so it depends what yours it into.
