all the letters of the word ENCUMBRANCE are arranged in a line. Find the total number of arrangements, which contain all the vowels in alphabetical order but separated by at least one constant.

i think the answer is:

Uhh just looking at the question now.. I think:

Replace the vowels with say X, their order is already determined so they don't have to confuse us.
Find out combos with Y(constanant)
eg YXYYXYXYYXY
( )xY( )xY( )xY( )x( ) the brackets can be filled with any number of Y's, having 4 left. = 5^4 I think... but that's wrong
Next, we have the order of Ys, or constanants.
7!/(2!x2!)
And that should give us an answer... but alas.. I've done something wrong. Help?
