i dont quite understand what this wants:

Process information from secondaryt sources to summarise the processes involved in the industrial production of ethanol from sugar cane


NOw,

should i just talk about the process of preparing sugar cane for fermentation ie milling then enzynes and water added and heatred to break into sugars

then fermentation occurs



OR::
there is this random method

hydrolising organic biomass with dilute acids to break down cellulose forming gluceose. and then all this other hydrolising and adding of diff solns

i think this is maybe too intense so should i stick to the top one

You need to talk about the industrial processes involved, ie, what do industries do, not what does your small farmer does because he lacks the resources and uses acid instead

as far as i know you can break it down via fermentation into glucose, then glucose fermented again into etheanol

industrially, molasses (dimer of glucose) are usually used, as molasses is the waste product from refining sugar...
