Motivation? Usually that’s where procrastination stems from a lack of motivation so once you find that you should be able to limit the procrastination to schedule hours. You are hardly alone on procrastination I think it is something every Preliminary and HSC student struggles with.

Sometimes I wished I was more prepared for English.

Sometimes the only way to remove a bad habit is to mentally force yourself not to do it. Mentally training yourself gradually gets your mind into work mode. For exampy, I've been craving the rocklea road that is in my drawer all afternoon, and I haven't even touched the drawer. [Feels proud].

My exams already started. Only have one day free in the whole fortnight!

I wish everyone goodluck with their exams! xx

Kid@dmin is extremely correct. I've a bad case of procrastination during Yr11, I'd always be swearing at myself for doing/studying for assessments 3 a.m. in the morning or not even sleeping at all.

All you need is motivation! Think carefully of what you want to achieve. I treat the yearlies as a taste test of what'll it be like next year to motivate me.

For the Yearlies, I've studied so much that I couldn't believe. I revised 3 terms of maths in 5 hours (still need to do more past papers though) and 3 terms of Biology in 1 day! I've memorised 1 essay and 1 creative writing for English. This is because of I've shut out T.V + Music. Actually, I'm procrastinating right now.

All I'm worried about now is my writing speed. :(

I am worried about my writing in general, I don't think anyone can read it..

My reading is neat yet unreadable.. What the!??!
Contradictory much? :p

My writing usually starts out neat...but it progressively becomes messier and messier...it's so funny scanning through my English Exam Booklets and seeing my nice handwriting for the first 2 pages...slightly messier the next 2...and chaos on the following 2! :p There's just so much to say..

I have a weird system, first my writing was messy for section 1, then it got worse for my section 3 which I did next, then it got heaps better for my section 2, which I did last.

Meh, my writing is always illegible anyways.

Procrastination has never really affected me. Well, most of the time anyway.

This is coming from the person who has yet to complete thier extension english essay.

Can I have another cookie?

Heh, reminds me of this little "Whinger's Corner' in the school newspaper managed by the SRC :p Mentioned procrastination something along the lines of, "Finding out how many times one can make a wheelie chair turn in one spin. ... And a sudden urge to tidy one's room." XD

I -try- to do things ASAP, but in this day and age I'm surrounded by nothing but distractions.
