Professional Business Cadetships (4 Viewers)

I think chances would be pretty good. It would be stupid to take so many shortlisted people from the first round if they weren't serious about offering. Also, they wouldn't bother paying Professional Business Cadetships for their work if they just took whoever for interviews. I guess its hard to tell though cause we have no idea about how many Cadetships there actually are for each company. But as I said before there are about 2 or three locations for Westpac Cadetships so there must be at least one per location, if not more.

Also, I go to a private school in the Sutherland Shire region.

when u put it that way i feel much more confident about it.. i would expect the firms to definitly take more than one cadet per location.. they would at least take 3/4 minimum i reckon, especially westpac which is extremely large domestically

Well i remember talking to my interviewer (joanne?) and she said that they were looking to offer more cadetships than they did last year. I think they offered around 25-30 last year so i'm assuming second year round with the program they would want to expand to about 40???? I guess we'll find out soon enough, hopefully we all get our phone calls tomorrow.

hey im james.. new to this forum stuff

at school with NickLeg and Ovaschool.. short listed to westpac

i kno u hav all discussed it already but wat is the consensus about the chances of those who have been shortlisted.. do u guys feel that being shortlisted is a secure spot next year

also interested.. do most of u guys go to government schools or private schools? wat area of sydney do u live in?

not stalking just interested haha

hey i go to manly selective campus, on the northern beaches, and yeah obviously a government school

ps. ppl who got the westpac interview this week, good luck!!!, and can u guys plz tell us the kinda questions they asked and what type of interview it was eg. was it a group interview, role play ect..., would be heeps helpful. ty

That is 25-30 cadetshps for Westpac alone.

Currently there are still 50-60 people fighting for these 25-30 places
