I know its been asked before but,
Did anyone actually do this projecticle prac at their school?

"Perform a first-hand investigation, gather information and analyse data to calculate initial and final velocity, maximum height reached, range and time of flight of a projectile for a range of situations by using simulations, data loggers and computer analysis"

because no one i've asked know's how to answer it, and
no-one knows how it could possibly be asked in the exam?

Well, this was a first hand investigation given to us at the beginning of the year. Basically, using a hose attached to a pivot and changing the angle to the horizontal to record the range and max height etc. Quite water wasting :)

That prac certainly doesnt ring any bells .. :| .. lol actually i think we used a computer simulation program for it now that I think about it, a unique classification of a "prac"

thanks for sharing that prac, thats a really smart idea (unless its windy)
Did you use a motion sensor at all? Or did you calculate Velocity by measuring
range, height and knowing the angle?
