I don’t know what you’re associating ’running’ with, please elaborate on what it is you are trying to seek so I can better help you.
(You can DM me depending on how personal you want to get.)

Today, on a whim, I took on boxing to see if I liked it. Turns out my brain shuts off very easily as I do it, and I managed to do it for an entire hour. While I was doing it, someone noticed that I was a beginner and helped me correct my jabs and hooks.
It was nice, and after he did that, I didn’t stop, even when my hands were bleeding. I then for a brief moment, within the same hour, remembered Bruce Lee, and how his punches are so fast that no one could see them. That’s when I learnt how to shadow box at the same time.
I started throwing punches as fast as I could, just before making contact, I would pull my fists back to my jaw.
Anyways, that was my day today at the gym.
I did boxing as well for 2 years, was great and glad to know you thought it was nice. quit bc loved lifting weights too much

Well this is a matter of where your attention is being drawn to.
If you want to have the ability to switch what your view of existence is at will, the thing that takes up your entire observation of reality from a sense of immersion rather than obsession, then you’ll have to practice these two things:
  • Generating a significant presence towards the vision you want to have a relationship with.
  • Don’t get distracted, which can be done by continually redirecting your attention towards this thing that you want from an immersion stand point, instead of being logically obsessed about it, just as you would when you first get inspired by a particular aspiration that you strive for.

I’ve decided that these will be the two subjects I will try to study and master next year in preparation of MIT:
  1. Computer Science
  2. Economics
And then in MIT during 2025 onwards, I will study and master these two subjects:
  1. Physics
  2. Engineering

I'm sorry. But did you get accepted into MIT? Or are you talking about Melbourne Institute of Technology? Or are you doing their free online courses?

I PLAN to go to MIT.
Into the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

The first two subjects will be me following their open source, online course curriculums as if I were a student, use their materials such as textbooks, assessments, and exams, so I can be a master in both subjects, with 100% marks on my final assessment. - to be the best student they wish they had.

Then the second two subjects will be what I will study after getting accepted to the campus itself in 2025, to which through the practice and experience I gained by achieving the goals I set for 2024, I should be able to do the same while simultaneously doing harder subjects, at an otherworldly faster pace than of what is expected of me, and even add an element of daily socialisation into the mix despite maintaining my efforts to make money and a healthy body, just as I will be doing in 2024.

I’ve already experienced a hellish amount of stress before that I never once knew existed, but every time I go through these moments of extreme discomfort, eventually, there comes a time where I finally cross a certain threshold, and that way of living is no longer stressful, and becomes my new calm even.

Of course, I can’t say that this applies to one’s psychology, for mental madness isn’t something you can get ever get used to, and instead should be purified - which I thankfully have and will never be touched by malevolence again.
However, when it comes to more real-world things, I’ve always found that whenever I try to succeed in something, eventually, there is always a point where
I no longer have to TRY to do something, and the things that I once couldn’t even imagine, let alone felt to be an impossibility, were suddenly the new things that would be able to try to do.

I would say mastery of a subject is when you don’t have to think anymore when you want to accomplish something, just like you would if you were able to speed run a game that has mechanics with an incredibly high learning curve.
The difference between the you who first tries to play the game without any prior experience for the mechanics, compared to the version of you who is speed running, may as well literally be worlds apart.
