ye i meant straight like straight straight like marathon no stopping style.
Yeah, that’s not what I’m doing. I just want to complete a marathon in one day, and I keep having to refill my bottle and other things.

gaddum, i just read through this thread and absolute weapon. genuinely thought that it's very cool and very interesting, to be able to do that much and to be that focused on doing that in a day

50k steps.
11km to go (I’m using a separate app to count the distance even when I’m on breaks.
While the main one is for tracking the gps - this one does it too, but o didn’t realise until have way, so I keep alternating between the two.)887AEE63-2956-4977-A3D9-32F332C68232.png

That’s exactly the reason why I’m doing this.
I want people to realise how long a day can be. We have literally unlimited potential, but we have been wasting and continue to waste our very SINGLE chance at life, consumingc rather than producing.
Find your dream as I have, and you will will become unstoppable.

yh trust mate it'll catch up with u esp if u arent used to doing a lot of cardio on the regular

make sure u drink a lot of water and don't over-exert urself

Funny thing is, I’m not that thirsty anymore, but I do make sure to drink regardless.
