the negro councilor got the hotel to cancel tis contract with amren (prob used govt threats to do so but we dont know that) so there was a secret contingency plan that was developed and instead of the 300 ppl or so they were expecting only like 15 people were invited to watch the speakers most of which were foreign registrants
