does anyone know the mission/vision statement for qantas, ive looked for ages and cant seem to find anything
any help

I don't actually have time to look for it, but shouldn't it be on their website?
Go on their website, and if there's no obvious link, there should be a link SOMEwhere (even if it's little tiny font all the way down the bottom of the page where the copyright stuff is) for a sitemap, and then go from there.

i had no luck in finding a specific statement but found on the latest annual report they had these large short quotes on important things for Qantas like "safety is highest priority" and stuff like that so i just put those together and took that as the Qantas vision

I just had a look, and maybe they don't make the mission statement public?

I left what i thought was the easiest question of my assignment (about qantas' mission statement and simple price comparisons) til last and now i've decided that it will be easier to just make up a mission statement and be ready to debate the legitimancy of it with my teacher, who is too lazy to look it up and therefore- i'm convinced that i'll win... except if someone else in the class does actually find it, but considering they're really lazy and if it does exist- is bloody hard to find, so i'm quietly confident. The moral of the story is- I'm always right, even when i'm not (it does make sense u've jus gotta think outside the square)

hey, ive recently completed work experience with QANTAS and my supervisor was helping me out with my assignment. We realised that QANTAS failed to provide a mission statement, he did help me find a collective number of things which was just as good and used up more space to fill in my assignment

hope this help p.s. its a bit rough, there just my personal notes, but you should be able to make out the point

Poential sources for mission statement include:
• Board Report
• Staff Briefings
• Press Releases
• Internet/Intranet

Mission Statement
• Shareholders - Provide a good return on intevestment for shareholders
• Employees - To encourage and nuture its employees
• Customers - To provice the best possible travel experience


Vision Statement
• Strategic Goals - To maintain and expand its current market share (eg: 70% domestic -> aim is 80%)
• How - To explore new markets (eg: Asia)
• When – In the near future
