These are the qualities that I think interviewers look for
- strong passion to pursue medicine
- open personality
- primarily motivated by a desire to help the patient
- good communication skills
- empathetic - emotionally aware

Thoughts?

Could be said across the board. It's easy to know what they are looking for but it's hard to show it in your responses.

Integrity, respect, knowing ones limitations, being non-judgemental, critical thinking, teamwork, leadership,
