Hey guys. Just wanted to know if I was going to be writing a report on the effects of substrate concentration on enzymes and pH on enzymes, What would my control variable/ control test be?
Your control test tube is the one where you don't do anything to it (it just has the enzyme), proving that any change that happens to the other test tubs is because of the substrate concentration and the pH.
