question on changing preferences (1 Viewer)

i have submitted my preferences already, however when i am trying to access the change preference screen i am not gaining access, however when using the same numbers- student and uac pin for uai i can see my uai. what is the problem, as u have to go on the applicant service thing don't u, and then give in your student number and pin.
