In an exam, if they ask 4 u 2 talk about a domestic human rights struggle and how the domestic legal system has responded to it can you talk about a case where the law has failed to recognise it? Or is it better to talk about cases where the australian legal system has succeeded in fixing the human rights issues?

If a question ever asks about how the legal system has responded to a certain issue, then its usually better to talk about how it has succeeded in recognising it and reacting to it. E.g., legislation, new organisation, common law enforcement etc.
