by inertial force, I assume that your talking about the frictitous Centrifugal force.

If this is correct, then yes.

Satellites orbiting earth experience an inertial force that prevents them from being pulled onto the Earth. i.e. by orbiting the earth at a sufficent speed, a satellite experiences this inertial "force" which cancels out the effect of gravity.

The Centrifugal force (F) is found using:

F = mw^2

where m = mass
and w = angular velocity of the satellite.
