1. How important is it to follow the directions during the option section "answer parts (a) to (c) in writing booklet 1, etc"? I'm planning to write quite extensive responses and am unsure I'll be able to fit it all in
2. Do they scan the exams in colour or in grayscale?

If anyone could offer some insight, it would be much appreciated; thanks.

1. Not important, go ahead and write 7 pages for a 3 marker
2. Most likely grayscale
