that exression freaked me out- but the program itself was pretty interesting look into Australia's multicultural society and political perspectives on certain issues

Some australians like asians...But I do admit that australians/europeans do look quite nice (AT FIRST) BUT they have so simple characteristics. I've noticed that if you look at asians in depth you will find they have a lot more beauty than other races...That's why I'm sticking with asians..

I found australians attractive because I want something I don't have, blonde hair, blue eyes, but those characteristics can't swap for the grace, charm, mysterious... the asians have :uhhuh:

And you know that some ppl prefer dating ppl from certain races, because ppl from that race (generally) have certain traits, ideals, respect etc not found as widely in other races? (And I'm not just talking about the ppl who say "i'll date x race cos they have similar ideals to me so there'll be no probs etc").

Some ppl are attracted (based on looks) to some races more than others and aren't afraid to say it. I think most ppl have preferences for dating (often broadly defined) races, based both on looks and traits.

I'm honestly non-discriminant when it comes to girls (except black ones), and I can find girls from literally any race to be attractive. But when it comes to have her as my long term gf/wife, then I'll stick to Asians.

Wow! Appealing to minorities of populations (e.g. some might not have __) is always an effective way out of an argument! "Mystique" may not be a racial trait, but being conservative is one attribute asian girls generally have (btw I'm not talking about aus-born asian girls because they grew up in an individualistic, non-collectivist, culture), and many guys want a more conservative girl, so most other girls won't fit that requirement as well as, say, an asian girl would.

to say i only like asian girls because all asian girls have something is utter crap...

To actually go out and say i only like this type of person is pretty narrow minded plus racialising it is a bit disturbing

Ultimately race is just outward appearance. It's complete bullshit to say that one race posses certain qualities ("mystique"? wtf??) that other races don't. Way to make a sweeping generalisation.

And I don't think it's racist at all to say who you're most attracted to (I take offence to being branded "racist" for posting in this thread). It's not something one can help. In the end that attraction is only physical anyway. However I think it's bordering on racist to purposely disregard certain races ("I'll only ever marry a such-and-such"). As I've said before I don't believe in setting limits like that.
