For some reason I don't think it was that simple.
I'm not talking about the square with the triangle and shit.

There was a PART a to question 10 which was on the previous page before that square/triangle crap.

It was a simpsons rule question.

I didnt do the square/triangle thing

Yes, i got a negative as well.
It asked u to evaluate, not find area.
I can't remember what my answer was exactly, but yea, negative :)

yeah i think alot of people got a negative number.

i got -0.044...or something like that, cant quite remember, then just made it a positive hoping it was under the x axis and i didnt just waste the last 10 minutes.

actually...Inx shouldnt go below the x axis...

Yeah I know but when I evaluated it I got a negative answer, so I thought it may have been more difficult than that.
It asked for the value of the integral, not the area, so you can get a negative answer, (which i got), so theres a good chance you were right

I did finish the paper. by the time i finished question 8, i only have 30mins left. So i picked the questions i could do out of both questions 10 and 9 i hoped i got them right.... :(

I got through it and it wasn't overly hard...abt 3 or 4 marks that i didn't understand, but it was still too long. Normally I finish in 2 or so hours so I voted difficult and long, but I'd really go for moderate and long if I cld

i reckon the exam was moderate, not extremely difficult, but not easy peasy either

also, i got a negative answer for the simpsons rule i think, but it asks for an evaluation, not the actual area, so it doesn't need to be positive

It was fair. Although, some questions were a bit too long.
