Was talking about this to MJ, today, becuase it came up when we were studying psych. Anyone noticed that on, for example, those 'am I hot or not' sorta websites that the 'top 10' or so have scores in about 7-8, and for guys it can be between about 5-7...

Everyone's views are different, so probably anything above 7 or 8, on average, is pretty good for girls..

sometimes my friends ask me to rate them and i dont want to because a) its a bit weird to me, and b) what if i hurt their feelings? a friend of mine last year got pretty offended when i said she was an 8 out of ten. then again she was pretty stuck up, but still. hmm.

Also posting to state that I never consciously 'rate' people. Call me a romantic, but I think physical attractiveness comes after personality.
