2/3U maths would be full marks I'm pretty sure. For 4U, it depends on the difficulty of the paper. One of my friends came 3rd last year and he thinks he got between 114-116/120 so I guess around there?

Chemistry: around 88-90/100 but it also depends on the marking scheme and also the difficulty of the paper. Top mark is probably around 95-96
Physics: around 93/100 and again, it depends on the marking scheme and also the difficulty of the paper. Top mark is probably around 95-96
2U: full marks and high marks in any other maths units you do. Top mark is full marks.
3U: full marks and high marks in any other maths units you do. Top mark is full marks.
4U: around 114/120 in most years. Top mark is rarely full marks (one in history), top is probably around 118/120.
