Hi guys, I’m new to this site and I’m in a bit of a pickle.

We had floods at the end of term and we were given a bio assignment and I have no idea on how to do it. ):

I’m in year 11 and it’s about “patterns in nature.” She’s given us three discussion questions to answer and then some random evaluate scaffold.

It contains:
- Issue to be evaluated
- Point for
- Point for
- Point against
- Point against
- Criteria used to assess these points
- Conclusion and judgement

…There’s nothing on what do to, really. Do I answer the discussion questions {define a radioisotope/select a biological pathway (eg calvin cycle), describe the radioactive tracers that were used to determine these steps/evaluate the use of radioisotopes in advancement of understanding of biochemical cycles in biology} and use them in the said “evaluate scaffold” or do something different…?

Please help! ): I’m easily confused by assessment sheets and I only have four days to get this done before school gets back. *sob*

I think the best person to give you advice on how to do a particular assignment is the one who gave it. Talk to your teacher and tell her that you don't know what's expected of you/understand the assignment.

Answer the 3 questions in detail, and then use the scaffold to answer the "evaluate" question.

And don't ask for a more detailed response. I don't do biology.

They only seem to mention anything nature related in the second discussion question. The rest just seems to be radioisotope related, she also gives us some links to sites. I've looked them up, two no longer exist, and the others lead into points about radioisotopes in technology, so I think I have my points for the evaluate part.. but no negatives yet.

In a short reply, not much.

I sort of posted the questions there at the bottom of the post.
