Thinking about deferring a course from another uni and taking a gap, just wondering wondering if i change my mind and reapply this yr for next yr would unsw consider me recent school leaver? I rang uac and they said i'd be non recent but then i rang unsw uac admissions office and they said I'd be considered recent as I haven't undertaken study since hsc. So anyone know which it is for unsw admissions (nd possibly usyd and uts)
and if being considered as nrsl has a disadvantage cuz my atar is still taken into account anyway. Thanks.

If you defer then you don't have to reapply, you've already gotten an offer...

I meant as in if I don't like my deferred course (which is from another uni) and choose to reapply for a different one at unsw
