if i got referral in my standing level, can i discontinue this program, and enroll another program via UAC???

no. you need a letter of release from the university. which means they rescind your offer.

Yes. But you will not be a student of UNSW anymore. Why would you enrol in another program at uac anyway? did you fail a ton of a subjects and is now suspended academically?
