What mathematics do you need to know to do GENERAL relativity?
Now, I do know that its university Physics and all. I'm pretty sure that it uses Tensor Calculus and Differential Geometry. Is there any other mathematics which is neccesary for learning General Relativity?
Now, I know what your thinking, stupid ittle boy wants to learn General relativity, but, i plan to progressively, over the next 3-4 years, learn Uni. maths so to learn GR.
Is there any senior students who knows how to do it. I have herd that there is a few geniuses in this forum (but then again, its basically all of them
).
Thanks ALOT for your help
