"remember me" not working (1 Viewer)

This is the first time this has happened to me, I always have bos signed in with remember me, now when I close IE each time I come to bos I have to sign in despite "remember me" being ticked...I havent changed anything...what's going on?

most likely soemthing wrong with your browser's cookie settings..

try going to other sites where you have to normally log in, and see if you get the same problem.

Make sure you're allowing sites to set Cookies. Open up the IE Tools menu -> Options -> Privacy tab. Then make sure the slider is set to Medium or Medium-High. See if that helps.

I would recommend firefox if you are using windows...much more reliable! (waits for the techo nerds to speak up)

If you use Microsoft AntiSpyware, it might be because you're 'clearing your tracks' on it.

(I don't think that makes sense, but I don't know how else to put it :rolleyes:)
