hi i'm doing my bio enzyme assessment and i was just wondering whats the measurements of the milk i use in every test tube and the amount of renin junket tablet i put into each one...my school only provides junket tablets and ive searched the net and they only provide info about the liquid solution of renin

hey you have probably done it by now, but you get the junket tablet and crush it into a powder, then u measure out 0.2mg and disolve this in 10mL water. then you use the same amount of this solution in each test tube, around 5-7 drops should do the trick. add more if there is no reaction after 10 or 15 minutes.

also there should be about 10mL of milk in each test tube before you add the renin

we had to do a bio assesment on that but it was all second hand. I officially HATE junket.
