If i aint had a job, which i aint, who should i put as referees on job applicatiions / my resume'? coz i am 18 n have no job, which is fucked, coz i am poor.

well you could start off with a job that requires no resume or application, so you can refer to it in future jobs

I work at Lenards chicken and I didnt need a resume (even though I gave one) all you have to do is fill out an application.
Though you might have trouble since you are 18, most franchise owners only get younger people.
