I personally think it's spot on the money! Although it's conceptually simple and it's something I've figured out myself after working my ass off for my bosses while they drive around in BMWs and the latest 4WDs, I quite like the way he likens how we receive money and handle/spend it to accounting, that's been a real eye opener I feel.

Kiyosaki got rich caus he bought loads of real estate in hawaii before it skyrocketed, he sold them and made loads of profit. He just got lucky i suppose

He stills invests in real estate and trades now if I'm not mistaken.
