EE is on the main walkway, when you are walking towards upper campus, it is directly on the left of the metall bal decoration (that probably has a name too)

Also note that you can get to level 2 of the EE building from the walkway with the red divider, next to the scentia. Just go across the bridge like entrance to the EE building ...

figured that out this semester. i was walking up all those flights of stairs from the bottom of the EE for a whole semester.
