OK when u log in, do you go to a page which asks you to input your courses? Its kind of hard to tell from your desciption what the problem is. You may come to a screen that has 2 buttons, one saying "Edit Profile" and the other "Logout". If you get to that, click Edit Profile, and then input your courses, and you shouldnt have any problems from there on

Actually Lazarus, that happened to me the very first time I logged into SAM.
What happens is that you log in, and it doesn't register the fact that you've logged in - it stays as the same web page.
Although it usually works the next day or something.
